As USA-based software builders who serve bakeries exclusively, there's no event quite like IBIE. It’s our chance to connect face-to-face with bakery owners and operators who are looking to grow, optimize, and find real solutions to everyday challenges in the bakery.

This was a milestone week for another reason—it was the first time our growing BakeSmart team was together in person.

We hosted a customer breakfast to reconnect with the bakery owners we serve every day.
It wasn’t just about product talk—we got to hear how their families are doing, what their kids are up to, and what drives them to run bakeries in their communities. These are entrepreneurs building businesses to support their families and their dreams, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside them.

In the West Hall, we saw automation and high-production equipment that had wholesale operators buzzing with ideas and show specials they’ll be implementing in 2026. It was fun to walk the floor and see those massive machines in action!

We were proud to have our BakeSmart booth right next to the Retail Bakers of America Cake Center, home of the cake decorating competition and some of the best traffic and programming on the floor.
It put us shoulder-to-shoulder with the smaller, community-focused bakeries we love to support—those who are looking for real, scalable solutions, not generic tools.
We met hundreds of bakery owners and operators who are dreaming big, asking smart questions, and ready to grow.
We’re grateful for the conversations, the connections, and the chance to serve this amazing industry. And we’re more excited than ever to continue building solutions that help bakeries conquer the chaos—one custom cake, one shift schedule, and one batch of yellow cake layers at a time.
